LAYAWAY PLANS/ BALANCE PARCEL

Agreement: -

  • The customer will be required to make an initial payment of 30% of the total cost of the item(s).

  • Any number of payments of any any value can be made thereafter. For each payment that is being made requires the customer to present their copy of the original receipt.

  • Lighting Paradise will hold your layaway item(s) at our warehouse until the order is paid for in full for 3 months.

  • Only upon your final payment you would be able to receive your item(s). The faster you pay out for your item(s) the sooner you would be able to make use of your purchase.

  • The customer will be required to make his/her final payment for the item(s) within a Three (3) Months period.

  • Failure to pay off the balance within the specified period (Three (3) Months) will result in the item(s) being placed back in stock and a store credit or credit note will be offered for the total payment received by customer, unless we agree to extend that date.

  • NO CASH BACK/ NO CASH REFUNDS on Layaway Item(s). Total sum of monies paid on customer’s Layaway Plan account is refundable only via credit note. No partial pick-up or partial cancellations for sale items or discounted display items.

  • There are no interest or other charges for using our layaway plan except for cancellation; all payments go towards your purchase. Customers are reminded to deal with Lighting Paradise directly, no third party or other processing services, no additional cost or hidden fees.

  • All layaway must be paid in full within the 3-Months period. After the end of the 3-Months period or if no payments are received within a 90-day period, your order will be cancelled, returned to stock and a 10% cancellation/ Re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit note.
